Terms of Service

By paying for or booking a Founders Interview, you agree to these terms. “We” and “us” means B Thriven. “You” means the person or business buying the service.

1. The service. A one-off, recorded online interview of up to 45 minutes with a B Thriven Marketing Strategist about you, your business and your expertise. From it we create a content pack: 10 social media post captions written in your voice, 50 content ideas, 2 newsletter drafts, 2 blog post drafts and our recommendations. Anything not listed here is outside the scope of this service and can be quoted separately.
2. Price and payment. The price is shown at checkout and includes GST. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
3. Delivery. We aim to deliver your content pack within 5 business days of the interview. You’ll receive it as an editable document.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the interview, we’ll refund your payment in full (less any payment admin fees). Cancellations within 48 hours, or not attending, are not refundable, but we’ll offer one reschedule in good faith. If we need to reschedule, we’ll offer a new time or a full refund.
5. How we create your content. We use AI-assisted tools as part of our process, including transcription and drafting, with every piece reviewed and edited by our team. All content is a draft for your review. You’re responsible for checking it is accurate, reflects your views, and complies with any rules that apply to your profession or industry before you publish it.
6. Your information and recording. The interview is recorded so we can create your content. We keep the recording, transcript and your information confidential and use them only to deliver this service, in line with our privacy policy. We won’t publish anything on your behalf.
7. Ownership. Once paid in full, you own the final content we deliver to you and can use, edit and publish it as you wish. We keep ownership of our templates, processes and know-how. We won’t share your content with others, and we’ll only use it as a portfolio example with your written permission.
8. Results. We’ll deliver the service with care and skill, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as engagement, followers, leads or sales.
9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with this service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. General. These terms are the whole agreement for this service and are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can work it out together.
