Meet Bianca

the leader behind B Thriven

Bianca founded B Thriven in 2019 to support businesses that felt overwhelmed or uncertain about social media, LinkedIn and email marketing.

As a marketing expert when it comes to online business solutions, she fully understands that it can be challenging for businesses that may not know where to start – which drives her to be hyper-efficient and extremely motivating when it comes to providing online marketing services.

Before starting B Thriven, Bianca acquired a wealth of experience across countries and industries. She started a career in the hospitality industry and worked for Hilton Hotels in UK and Australia before moving on to the corporate sector as a Project Coordinator at a large law and accounting firm.

When she started her own travel blog, Bianca discovered her passion for social media and Mailchimp. Her hunger to learn more pushed her to find any available courses in social media management and marketing courses to expand and deepen her knowledge.

From this drive and passion came B Thriven.

For Bianca, the main goal of B Thriven and providing online business solutions is to ensure that business owners and SME leaders could regain the time to work on the business and not in the business.
As a Sydney social media marketer who thrives on German efficiency, Bianca is your “Mailchimp & Social Media Guru” who will help you deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.

Meet Kirsty

Kirsty holds a cert 3 & 4 in fitness, a diploma in fitness, a diploma in child care, a cert 3 in dental assisting and a certificate in training and assessing. With more than 20 years’ experience in these combined industries, she possess a varied skill set and she loves being able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. She loves all forms of communication and being able to put these attributes and skills into practice.

She has a passion for writing and connecting with people. Hence, copywriting, content creation and community engagement are something she really enjoys. Besides that Kirsty is a very creative and loves making your social media posts stand out with her graphic design skills.

Meet Sara

Hailing from Italy, Sara’s journey led her to Australia nine years ago, where she transitioned from a background in Fashion to office administration. Embracing her creative flair and driven by an interest in Social Media, she embarked on specialised courses in digital marketing.

Motivated by the understanding that businesses often struggle with the difficulties of establishing their online visibility, she approaches her role as a social media marketer with dedication and efficiency. Her mission is to unwind the complexities and empower businesses to thrive in the digital world.

Meet Julia

Julia has fuelled her passion for creative pursuits and her commitment to empowering businesses with German efficiency. She seamlessly combines her interest in psychology and in business strategy in the colourful world of social media management.

Having a compassionate and empathetic nature, Julia understands the challenges that business owners face in bringing their ideas and core messages to life in the digital world.
