Hi! I'm Bianca

I am the Founder of B Thriven. We help small-medium-sized businesses to grow. We do this by supporting you with your Social Media, Email Marketing and Admin needs.

I established B Thriven to alleviate some of the pressures small business owners face, with my main goal being to help them transform their businesses so that they thrive effortlessly. We work closely with you to understand your business needs right from the start. Together, we achieve your goals, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right person at the right time.

 

I started my career in the hospitality industry, working for Hilton Hotels in the UK and Australia. After seven years I decided it was time to move into the corporate sector where I took up the position of Project Coordinator at a large law & accounting firm. This was the moment I discovered my passion for Project Management and further along, decided to deepen my skills with a certified Project Management course.

My passion for social media and Mailchimp grew through having my own travel blog. With a hunger to learn more, I dived into social media and email marketing courses to deepen my knowledge. Out of this passion I established B Thriven in 2019. Because I love it so much and share plenty of tips on my social profiles and on here, people call me a “Mailchimp & Social Media Guru”. It gives me and my team great satisfaction to implement digital marketing strategies that generate business growth for our clients.

  • I am German, living in Sydney but thrive on German efficiency
  • I love exercising. Boxing and circuit training are at the top of my list
  • On weekends I enjoy bush walking and spending time with friends
  • Travel bucket list countries: Canada, Greece and Vietnam
  • When going away with family or friends I am the default organiser
  • I love to motivate people by emanating positive energy
